A welcoming atmosphere and professional tenant support are the cornerstones of Offices Unlimited. Across all three locations, a close-knit team of women makes sure both are delivered every day.
The reception desk is more than an administrative point of contact. It is the natural center of each location—and where much of its daily life happens. “If we were to create a heat map of activity in our offices, reception would be its busiest point,” says Marie Kantorová, Senior Consultant at Offices Unlimited. “But a great reception experience isn’t defined by a working coffee machine or a mobile app that provides remote access to the office,” she adds with a touch of irony.
A personal, human approach is fundamental to the Offices Unlimited concept and something tenants have long cited as one of the main reasons they are happy here. The reception team is made up primarily of university students who bring energy and a mix of academic backgrounds to the workplace, from international relations and marketing to psychology. “We’ve recently welcomed an aspiring actress to the team as well,” says Kantorová.
Expectations of office space have changed significantly in recent years. “Today, the office is primarily a place for social interaction and networking. That’s why we want to offer our clients an environment that not only gives their business a boost, but is somewhere they look forward to coming to every day,” she adds.
