The concept behind Longevity Lounge is helping clients unlock their bodies’ full potential. It’s currently being developed by bioanalytical chemist Aneta Čechová in offices located at Thámova 16.
After six years of working in scientific research and the development of new drugs for obesity, the young doctor of chemistry decided to change career paths. “Pursuing an academic career would inevitably have required me to go abroad for an internship, which was incompatible with my family life,” says Aneta Čechová.
She therefore decided to use her scientific background to help people understand the language of their own bodies. “This sector is very popular right now, which is one reason why many people without the necessary professional training are taking advantage of it,” states Čechová. “We spent a year developing the Longevity Lounge concept so that we could meet our clients’ expectations as closely as possible.”
The result is a place where you can take a look under the hood of your biochemistry. “After routine checkups, clients often leave with a chart full of numbers that’s hard to make sense of. We translate that raw data into an easy-to-understand, actionable plan for each day, whether it involves personalized recommendations for supplements, a meal plan, or physical activities,” describes Čechová. “Based on the results of blood tests, we can effectively optimize their lifestyle.”
Instead of picking up on random trends from the internet, you can have Dr. Čechová analyze your unique genetic code to determine how your specific cells react to stress, certain foods, or stimulants, and how effectively they can regenerate. A practical example?
“For some people, coffee is a great antioxidant and a safe pick-me-up. For so-called ‘slow metabolizers,’ however, caffeine stays in the bloodstream for an extremely long time—even a single morning cup of coffee can unhealthily raise levels of the stress hormone cortisol and secretly interfere with deep sleep late into the night,” explains Čechová given that the tests can determine which version of the gene you have.
Longevity Lounge is equipped with 2026 technology. So far, they are the only facility in the Czech Republic to offer 3D somatic scanning technology, which is excellent for analyzing visceral fat and muscle imbalances. “In addition to individual clients, we’re also heavily involved in the B2B segment. We can prepare specialized presentations for companies regarding blood draws at their facilities and subsequently offer employees personalized preventive health packages as a corporate benefit,” says Čechová.
Longevity Lounge at Thámova 16 is Aneta Čechová’s first step toward her planned clinic, where she aims to combine science with a high-performance lifestyle. “Karlín is also a great fit for us because of the high concentration of people who might be interested in this concept. The boutique, beautiful setting and the professional team at Offices Unlimited provide Longevity Lounge with the ideal environment for successful growth,” concludes the project’s founder.
