The Aspekt architekti studio takes an original, yet timeless approach to various types of assignments, the guiding principle of which is the purity of the design and its functionality.
They work closely with their clients during every phase of the design and realization of the project. Their team mainly works on residential buildings and interiors, but they have also been involved in the reconstruction of the ČVK shipyard in the Podolí neighborhood and the reconstruction of several town halls near Prague.
“We were looking for an office for a smaller group of people, but at the same time we didn’t want to be completely isolated from our surroundings, and so we looked at shared spaces with a kitchen, meeting room, and reception. When we clicked on the Na Příkopě 15 offices, it was love at first photograph and then love at first sight when we viewed the advertised space in person. Each office has a beautiful wall-to-wall oak-framed window, plus the building’s original elements from the 1930s are perfectly combined with modern materials, creating the ideal environment for creative activity,” says architect Ondřej Kutěj about leasing offices in Na Příkopě 15.
