Gaponik & Partners, a development and real estate company focusing on individual residences and larger residential and commercial projects, has found a new home in the offices of Na Příkope 15.
The latest addition to the Gaponik & Partners portfolio is the Nová Květnice residential project, which is emerging in a pleasant location in the village of Květnice not far from Prague’s city limits. Built in several stages, the project will offer new compact terraced houses with layouts ranging from three-bedroom to four-bedroom, each with their own garden and parking space.
