Offices Unlimited, an operator of shared offices with flexible lease terms, is expanding its offer of shared office space in West Flexi Offices, located right by the Stodůlky metro station (line B). Its current 21 offices, which the company launched last November in the Patria West Offices (City West B1 building), will be expanded by 18 additional ones over the course of the summer. In total, West Flexi Offices will offer clients 1,534 sq. m. of floor space.
The Atelier SAD studio is once again the designer of these new offices. Prospective tenants can choose between private or daily offices with variable layouts from 9 to 96 sq. m., or pick a spot in the coworking space section. West Flexi Offices also includes a fully equipped meeting room and focus rooms, which are compact, enclosed rooms for quick work meetings or important phone calls.
“The past few months have confirmed that shared offices are increasingly in demand, even among more conservative companies. West Flexi Offices quickly established itself on the market, and only six months after we opened most of our offices are occupied, all while there is still considerable interest in what we offer,“ states Kateřina Burešová, Flexible Workspace Consultant at Svoboda & Williams. “It helped that we were the first to launch this high-standard concept in the area,“ she continues, adding that, in addition to personalized services, clients also appreciate the elegant interiors full of art and designer pieces.
Thanks to their location right by the Stodůlky metro station, the offices have excellent access to the center as well as to the Prague Ring Road. “At the moment, however, it’s advisable to consider whether you need to travel across the Barrandov Bridge, which is currently being reconstructed. Work will continue until 2025, and this will significantly impact commutes to work. We discuss this issue with each prospective client and also bring up the other locations of our projects in Prague 1, Prague 4, and Karlín,” explains Marie Kantorová, Office Manager at Offices Unlimited.
