The traditional breakfast at West Flexi Offices and myhive Flexi Offices during the holiday season is a time for giving thanks and taking stock over a plate of freshly made waffles. There is much to celebrate this year—both branches report almost full occupancy.
“Many of our tenants have been with us for years, which is something we’re truly grateful for, and so we’re delighted to be able to provide them with space to grow their businesses and watch how the enthusiasm and dedication of one or two founders can transform into a successful company that expands from a single office,” says Marie Kantorová, flexible workspace consultant at Offices Unlimited.
High-quality facilities and services at both branches attract clients and ensure long-term occupancy of around 90 percent. “We have a very diverse range of tenants, which brings a lot of energy and creates a stimulating atmosphere. This year, we welcomed a number of successful Generation Z entrepreneurs, who have tremendous drive,” continues Kantorová. “I wish them luck in fulfilling all their ambitious business visions here with us.”
The breakfast serving waffles, homemade cakes, and cookies was a sweet ending to another year under the brand popular among tenants and the entire Offices Unlimited team.
